Ventana Tampa, LLC is a partnership formed by Edington Marketing Company, LLC and Tampa native William E. Ware. Mr. Ware's career in real estate finance, development and construction spans more than 20 years. His family's design/build and construction management firm has been a part of the Tampa community since 1960.

Edington Marketing Company is an Alabama-based real estate investment and development company with successful projects across Florida and the U.S. Together, Ware and Edington handle development and financial activities for Ventana, adding to their families' longstanding histories of successful development and construction projects.

Architecture
Since 1989, Chancey Design Partnership has built a reputation based on the concepts of service and design excellence, a formula that has resulted in tremendous client satisfaction and helped it become one of the most respected architecture, land planning, and interior design firms in the Southeast.

Sandra B. Chancey is the founder and Managing Partner of Chancey Interior Design within the Chancey Design Partnership.
