Ventana is the vision of Ventana Tampa, LLC, a partnership formed by Edington Marketing Company, LLC and Tampa native William E. Ware. Edington Marketing Company and Mr. Ware acquired the property at the corner of Kennedy and Channelside from Earl H. Ware, Sr. in 1997 for the future development of this exciting new mixed-used residential and retail project.

Bill Ware's career in real estate finance, development and construction spans more than 20 years. His family's design/build and construction management firm has been a part of the Tampa community since 1960. Edington Marketing Company is an Alabama-based real estate investment and development company with successful projects across Florida and the U.S.

Together, Ware and Edington handle development and financial activities for Ventana, adding to their families' longstanding histories of successful development and construction projects.
